About the role
Ezibuild is a project management company that completes renovations and property maintenance for residential clients. We have a team of subcontractors under us who complete the jobs and quotes we find for them. You will join our team in a project management role, initially as a subcontractor.

What we are looking for in the initial stages is for the successful applicant to come on in a subcontractor role so that we can ensure this will be the right fit for both parties involved. This means you will need to be registered as a sole contractor or company, if you aren't already.
We are happy for this to turn in to an employed role if things go well, and if it is what both parties want. Being a contractor has many benefits such as expense deduction and flexibility that the successful applicant may want to retain.

Key responsibilities
- Meeting with residential clients to discuss their needs and gather information for subcontractors to produce quotes
- Managing subcontractors on the jobs they are on or quotes they are doing
- Providing consistent updates and communication to clients
Key skills you will need to have in order to do this role:
- Problem solving.
- Proficiency in email, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Confident and articulate speaking on the phone.
- Hard working and dedicated to achieve daily tasks.
- Reliable and able to self-manage.
- Able to cope under stressful situations
- Construction experience is helpful but not required
- Sales experience is preferred
- Positive attitude

- Flexibility - We do not have set work times, as long as the days work is completed we are happy. You will need to be present through the main work day but we are happy for this role to be worked around other commitments, such as children.
- Work from home - this role will be a combination of working from home and meeting with clients / subcontractors on job sites. The working from home will start after the first few weeks once we have trained you.
- Enjoyable role - this is actually quite a fun role. It can get stressful when jobs go wrong for sure, but the majority of time its a nice combination of meeting with people and discussing interesting things, and being able to work in the comfort of your own home rather than stuck in an office. We also have a positive work environment which is highly important to us to maintain
- Growth role - we are growing fast as a company, and as we expand so will the role and responsibilities of the successful applicant, if they want them to. As the role and responsibilities grow, so will the renumeration.
