Telecommunications Operator, New Plymouth Hospital, Permanent Part Time.
The Call Centre is the hub of the hospital, we are seeking a motivated and energetic team player to join our team.
This position is permanent part time, 40 hours per fortnight.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Our team of 18 make up a diverse and dynamic group, who embrace all aspects of the department, to provide a smooth and efficient service to the hospital and wider Taranaki community.

About you
Experience in administration in a healthcare setting preferred.
Advanced oral communication, and proven customer service skills is essential.
Sound computer skills e.g., MS Word and Excel.
The ability to work well under pressure.
The ability to manage varying workloads and learn new skills.
Must be able to work night shifts.
Good sense of humour, a team player, desire to work in a vibrant and fun environment.
