About the Role

The Emergency Department is a fast-paced, busy place, seeing up to 35,000 patients a year. This role is a frontline customer service position, and you will need strong information technology skills.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our Emergency Department administration team is a dedicated, supportive, and highly experienced group who work closely with nursing, medical, and allied health staff to ensure the smooth running of the department and a positive experience for patients and whanau.

The successful candidate must have:

  • ED Administrative experience essential
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Be able to work all rostered shifts
