Join our collaborative, friendly team as a Parts Interpreter specializing in Palfinger genuine parts! If you have a keen eye for detail, love problem-solving and administration, and have excellent English communication skills for both over the phone and over-the-counter customer interactions, this role is perfect for you.
Based in Wiri and reporting to the Warehouse and Parts Manager, your will:
- accurately interpret parts requirements for Palfinger equipment
- perform meticulous data entry to maintain inventory records
- generate and process invoices efficiently
- ensure costing is precise and reflective of actual expenses
- provide exceptional customer service over the phone and over the counter
- collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
What you'll need to bring:
- A technical mindset
- Proven experience in data entry and invoicing
- Familiarity with Palfinger equipment or similar industrial machinery preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills for effective customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not essential. Great attitude and willingness to learn is key!
