About the Job

RWR Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Lead to join a premier hospital in Wellington. Lead a dedicated team of theatre nurses and report directly to the Theatre Services Manager. This role demands excellence in surgical care, focusing on Urology and other specialties.

Skills and Experience

Registered Nurse: Current practicing certificate in surgical settings. Experience: Minimum 5 years post-registration theatre experience, ideally with at least 2 years in general surgery. Qualifications: Post-graduate qualification in clinical nursing practice or working towards it. Completion of a post-graduate clinical assessment paper or equivalent. Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems at an intermediate level. Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
