About the Role:

• Work closely with the General Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets
• Provide an exceptional and engaging customer experience
• Create professional working relationships with new and existing customers
• Be responsible for the sale, processing and delivery of customers' vehicles
• Regular training to develop strong product knowledge of our brand
• Promote finance and insurance products

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in sales and an understanding of the automotive industry.

You are an enthusiastic, well-presented, driven individual who proactively manages and provides solutions and the best customer care.

Must have:

• Enthusiasm and fire in your belly
• Natural ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Sound communication, negotiation and closing skills
• A disciplined approach and a strong understanding of sales processes
• Exceptional presentation
• Full, clean NZ driver's licence
