If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at the Cromwell Pool.

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a full-time position, working 32 hours per week. In this role, you will provide quality supervision to ensure our facility is safe and enjoyable for the community. This position requires excellent customer service skills, clear communication, and a practical mindset.

This role is key in promoting healthy living and making a positive impact in our region. The work schedule includes morning and evening shifts from Monday to Sunday. Salary range is $48,152 to $54,080 (paid pro-rata for hours worked).

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive attitude and proven teamwork skills
  • Confident swimming ability – able to swim 8 lengths of the pool within 6 minutes
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service to our community
