ABOUT YOU: 

  • At least 2 years experience managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • A passion and commitment to working sustainably.
  • Sound knowledge of specialty coffee, passion for food and a hunger to learn more.
  • Great personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Ability to handle pressure and solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.
