Electrical Estimator

With the work involving a mix of Sales & Estimating for Residential and Commercial projects, we are on the lookout for the final piece of the puzzle - an experienced Estimator who can talk the talk while ensuring they are actively pursuing projects that fit with the expertise that our client can provide.

Role:

Is for an experienced Estimator with a Sales-mindset. No stranger to working to deadlines, you'll enjoy the fast-moving nature of this type of work. From winning tenders to reviewing missed quotes, pricing a range of Resi & Commercial projects & maintaining up-to-date knowledge on products - attention to detail and a great attitude will lay the foundations for success within this role.

While we are ideally looking for an experienced Estimator, we would consider an experienced Sparky with a great attitude looking to take the next step in their career.

You'll be confident communicating and developing relationships with some of their long-standing clients (some of the most respected NZ-wide construction companies), as well as new ones, and always be on the lookout for the next opportunity. You'll be well-versed on the ins & outs of the business, all the while having the consistent support of Senior Estimators & Branch Managers.

What we are looking for:

• Experienced Estimator ideally experienced in pricing Residential and Commercial projects from existing to new builds
• Would consider an experienced Sparky looking to take the next step in their career
• Experience using Accredo is desirable
• Ability to make quality decisions under pressure
• Great communication with customers, consultants and subcontractors
• Attention to detail & great time-management skills
• Health & Safety conscious

Please note this role is ideally based in Queenstown, Central Otago.

The role can also be performed from Invercargill, Southland.
