A bit about the role

We are looking for a Trade Sales Support Team Member to join the Petone team This is a permanent full-time position, and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 4.00pm (negotiable).

In this role you will work closely with the Trade Account Managers and the Trade Yard Team, making sure that the customer experience is seamlessand orders are processed and filledin a timely manner.

You will spend your days keying orders, checking stock and order quantities, communicating with our customers and suppliers, and handling some sales administration. Overall, you'll be customer focused and will always provide exceptional service.

A bit about you

You will ideally have:

• Excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude
• The ability to work well both within a team environment and independently
• Experience in administration and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task
• A natural ability to provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge of building materials and timber products would be a bonus
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred but not essential)
