About the Role:

This position is all about ensuring a collaborative and positive working environment, diving into developing new and exciting bakery treats at a superior quality and influencing your co workers with your outstanding leadership skills in providing a high level culture.

Responsibilities:

• Putting "aces in the right places" recruitment of staff.
• The creation and delivery of the epic bread production and enabling high quality products.
• Collaborate with the team to upskill and provide input to strategic direction, quality management, human resources and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety standards, internal policies and the Food Control Plan.
• Be proactive and take the lead on driving the continuous improvement across the production and efficiencies.
• Actively manage the team including rostering, training and performance management
• Product development in conjunction with the Group Executive Chef
• Have a key focus on quality control, if any issues occur and solutions focused for corrections.

Requirements:

Baking certification Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience in leading a team Training and development of new starters and existing employees
