Description
As a Trade Sales Support Team Member at CARTERS Onehunga, you'll provide excellent customer service to our Building Trade Customers and play a vital role in supporting our Account Managers. This position requires a versatile person who embraces challenges with a "no task too big or too small" mindset.
- Direct engagement face to face, over the phone and via email with our customers
- Identify and recommend suitable products, process orders, handle sales documentation.
- Merchandise stock and maintain levels within the showroom.
- Coordinate with various departments to arrange prompt and efficient delivery to our customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general store housekeeping.

- Proven experience in sales, customer service and/or retail sales environment
- Building industry knowledge is a plus.
