Role:

Is for an experienced foreman who has found success in running a residential construction team in the past or a leading hand carpenter looking to step up into a foreman role. We are seeking someone who has a solid background in construction management, top tier leadership skills, managing sub trades, reporting to project managers and directors, meeting deadlines / budgets and assuring a high standard of craftsmanship throughout the entire project.

We are also keen to chat to top tier carpenters who are keen to make their mark in a well established company.

What we are looking for:

• Someone with previous foreman experience
• Top tier leadership skills
• Be confident in understanding residential construction processes
• Highly organised and excellent problem solving
• Strong knowledge in H&S and relevant building codes and processes
