Plumber Site Manager

Topline operates a specialist trades company, Topline Trade Services, which conducts plumbing, gas fitting and drainage services, and a roofing company, Topline Roofing, that provides long run metal, membrane and warm roof solutions. Both operate under the Topline banner bringing together all our trades.

We currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced and licensed plumber to join our professional and successful team as Site Manager . The work primarily involves overseeing our commercial plumbing projects. It also involves following up company inquiries in conjunction with others on our team, making recommendations to the customer, and managing jobs through to completion. You will be overseeing our plumbing trades team & associated trades, and working in closely with our Operations and Contracts teams.

This is an integral role in our business and requires a NZ Certified Plumbing License with suitable site management experience of at least 3 years. A dual license to include drainage would be preferable - but not a necessity. We can support you to gain license upgrades should you have the aptitude to carry this through to completion.

The main work focus is commercial including new installations and upgrades. We have a wide range of clients, and our service agencies include Rheem NZ.

For this role you will need to have:

NZ Certified Plumbing License. A dual drainage license would be advantageous but not a necessity. Previous experience of at least 3 years in commercial plumbing Site Management experience of at least 3 years Excellent trades knowledge, troubleshooting & fault-finding skills. Ability to provide quality solutions. You need to be an excellent tradesman! Knowledge and leadership of Health & Safety pertaining to the industry.
