Production Welder (Steel)

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated, time served Production Welder (Steel) to join our friendly team, based in Horotiu, Waikato. In this role you will undertake high quality Tig and Mig welding to agreed standards, manufacturing high quality products for the Agricultural/Dairy sector in NZ and overseas markets.

To be successful you will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience MIG (TIG advantageous)
• Practical operational engineering experience; with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of metals and their properties
• Be physically fit
• Be customer focused
• Be comfortable and proficient with hand tools and handling metals
• Be committed to quality and continuous improvement
• Be a good communicator and want to be part of and contribute to a great team environment
• Be honest & hardworking
• Drivers Licence and own transport
