We established Breadhead in 2018 and have built a wicked reputation for our bread, pastry, coffee, sweet treats and service. And we have an opening for a sweet baker/pastry chef to join our team!
Previous commercial baking/kitchen experience is must as are strong basic baking and pastry skills. You will need a genuine interest in sweet baking and pastry and a desire to learn more. Experience with laminated doughs is definitely desirable but we are also open to working with someone with strong kitchen experience who really wants to broaden their skill base and brings an awesome attitude.
We are looking for someone who is hard working, has initiative, is naturally organised and is driven to make consistently beautiful looking and tasting things. Someone who is committed to baking as a career path.
This is a full time position, over 4 days with two days off together and Sundays too. Approximately 34 hours per week. With the potential to add a day in the future. Start times range from 4am to 6:30am.
