We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Yard Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our yard and maintaining the impeccable standards that our customers expect. Your primary responsibilities will include up keep of the vehicles on the dealership, conducting basic maintenance checks, and assisting with fresh arrivals, and pre delivery tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the impeccable standard of the yard vehicles
• Organising vehicles on the lot to optimise space and accessibility.
• Performing basic maintenance checks on vehicles.
• Assisting with inventory management, including tracking arrivals and departures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the yard area and showroom .
• Collaborating with the sales and operation teams to ensure efficient operations.

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth in the automotive industry.
