This long standing Waikato civil contractor has a subdivisions and 3 waters drainage projects coming out their ears!

They have never been busier and with 6 plus major projects in construction in Hamilton and surrounding towns.

They are looking for a skilled Project Manager that can run a large project or multiple smaller projects ranging from $1 million - $15 million.

Ideally for this role you will have:

Experience delivering subdivisions or 3 waters drainage projects
Be confident running projects from start to finish
Deliver project financials, month end claims and variations
Confidently liaise with engineers, sub contractors, clients and council representatives
