About the role:

Are you a qualified or experienced Foreperson painter looking for better career opportunities?

The Foreperson is accountable for managing staff materials and equipment on projects, ensuring that projects are managed to a safe, successful conclusion and to the customers satisfaction. You will effectively complete commercial painting projects according to the client's requirements while following health and safety guidelines.

In this role, we're counting on you to:

  • Complete client's projects in a timely and effective way.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Be an active member of the team helping whenever necessary.
  • Drive a culture of strong Health and Safety awareness.
  • A trade qualification or just experience in the painting industry.
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of OSH & E procedures and standards.
  • Good communication with management, other team members and all clients.
  • "Can-do" attitude and strong work ethic.
