CDP & Commis Chefs Required - Mexico Petone!

Our food is inspired by the street food of Mexico and is full of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. We are obsessed with delivering exceptional food every time to our customers and we have a number of exciting opportunities that we are very excited to fill.

We are looking for the right candidates to fill the following roles at our Mexico restaurant in Petone:

• Chef de partie
• Commis Chef

As an experienced Chef, you’ll work in a high volume kitchen, to prepare and cook food, and keep the kitchen clean and up to high health & safety standards. Ideally you’ll have at least a year of kitchen experience and a relevant current commercial cookery qualification (evidence required). You will also possess excellent communication skills, outstanding hygiene standards and an ability to work as part of a team!

For all positions advertised, you’ll need to be flexible to work over seven days, and must be available to work evenings and weekends.
