TMO/TC - Reliable and Versatile Labourer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to play a key role in supporting our construction and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

TMO/TC qualification Operating small minor plant such as saws, compactors, and other equipment. Assisting the excavator operator as a spotter, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Performing manual handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials. Undertaking manual excavations as required. Operating sucker truck equipment for excavation support and clean-up. Assisting with the installation of pits and underground services. Implementing traffic control measures to ensure site safety. Performing pipe and 2pr cable jointing tasks. Refilling water tanks and mixing bentonite for construction purposes. Gathering and dumping materials as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

TMO/TC qualification Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Demonstrated experience in manual handling and basic construction tasks. Basic understanding of underground services and safety procedures (preferred). Ability to operate small minor plant (advantageous). Interest and aptitude for learning new skills (advantageous).
