Blackwell Motors Limited is one of New Zealand's leading motor vehicle dealerships holding the Holden Service, GMSV, Isuzu, Mazda, Omoda and Jaecoo franchises. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, reliable and customer focused person to join our busy Service Department.
Our Service Advisors are the first point of contact for our service customers. You will liaise with the customer to ensure all service visits run smoothly and the customer has a positive service experience.
The successful applicant will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Well-developed communication and questioning skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer/administration skills
Some technical knowledge of vehicles would be an advantage.
You must have a clean, full, drivers licence and be legally entitled to work permanently in New Zealand.
