We are currently seeking a talented and motivated IT Engineer to join our team.

This role will require someone who can deliver highly technical solutions as well as gain trust with existing clients.

We are seeking applications from talented individuals who can:

• Diagnose IT system problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve from a customer perspective
• Complete projects in a timely manner, train staff to use new systems and hardware and report on the efficacy of technology
• Implement solutions to eliminate security risk
• A strong level of audio installation and security camera installation would be highly advantageous

This role involves a range of tasks and responsibilities, requiring:

• Hands-on experience with tasks such as mounting access point security cameras, running cabling, installing LFD screens, and setting up new computer systems.
• Proficiency in using power tools and comfortable with ladder climbing.
• Strong understanding of cloud products, including Office 365, Azure, and G Suite.
• Familiarity with firewalls, wireless technology, and security solutions.
• Knowledge of Axis and Hikvision security solutions.
• As an Authorized Surface reseller and Certified Microsoft CSP, knowledge of these programmes are also beneficial.
• The ability to effectively communicate technical instructions in clear, understandable language tailored to business and client needs.
