Description

  • Competitive hourly remuneration ranging from $25 to $30 based on experience.

ALH Dunedin is excited to collaborate with a local Dunedin based company in the search for a new team member to contribute to their growing workforce.

Working directly with the company management, you will start your days running administration and project support assistance to the team in the office. This role will require you to work both independently and as a part of a team, completing a variety of administration tasks.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in customer-facing and office administration roles
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience.
  • Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients, embracing diversity
  • Excellent computing and Microsoft Office skills (Competency in Excel is desirable)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative to work independently
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
