The Role: As Project Manager, this role will see you plan, execute and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. In addition to this you will;
- Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle;
- Co-ordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants;
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents;
- Provide regular reports to management on project progress and communicate any issues;
- Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
The Requirements: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the ability to work on various civil and infrastructure construction projects and have experience using essential tools, materials, machinery and equipment. In addition to this you will have;
- A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent would be beneficial;
- Established and proven leadership capabilities;
- Well established communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Dedication to fostering a strong culture of Health and Safety and a focus on contributing to continuous improvement.
