About the role: Managing a close-knit team of 7, you will guide and support the customer care team to reach personal and team targets, effectively maintaining high performance and providing exceptional customer service.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations for the customer care team to meet or exceed personal and team goals
  • Line management of customer care consultants, including recruitment, induction, training, performance development, coaching and performance management
  • Track, analyse, and report performance results and communicate with stakeholders
  • Manage customer complaints and coach consultants on handling escalations

Start Date: ASAP Days/ Hours: Monday – Friday, standard business hours About You: A team leader looking to take the next step in your career. You will bring a positive and supportive attitude and have a proven track record leading a team to success. Dedicated to cultivating a collaborative workplace and continuously improving customer experience.

  • 3 + years’ leadership experience in a contact centre
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead with compassion and strength
  • An interest or passion for the automotive industry
