We are now seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team, contribute to our ongoing success and share in our journey.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of contract management including scopes of work
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
- Day to day operation of all activities on site
- Foster a culture of safety and teamwork
The successful applicant will:
- Have experience in contract management, preferably within the civil or construction industry
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Be detail orientated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Have strong leadership skills and be looking to improve everyday
- Have a passion for delivering results and enjoy working to deadlines
- A degree in civil engineering is desired but not essential
