ABOUT THE ROLE: Lockheed Martin on behalf of our customer, the New Zealand Defence Force, manages several stores throughout Waiouru Military Camp, primarily catering to soldiers engaged in training exercises. This position located in the Central Store largely involves preparing loans including Specially Managed Items for issue and receipt, with a key focus on security and compliance - managed within a SAP environment.
ABOUT YOU: Due to the nature of the work an understanding of NZDF policies and procedures on the management of military inventories would be ideal along with the following:
Previous warehouse experience High level of integrity and ability to work unsupervised Ability to obtain and maintain a Confidential Security Clearance Full drivers licence Physically fit as some heavy lifting is required Ammunition Handlers qualification preferred Experience in the operation of NZDF SAP - IM and PI modules -preferred
