Lots of Hugs - Ferguson st centre is excited to welcome a new Centre Manager. It is a homely yet spacious heritage-style centre nestled in the heart of Palmerston North.

The following skills, knowledge and capabilities are ideally required for this role: ·       An inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop & lead a team to deliver best practice childcare services ·       BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification ·       Outstanding time management and organisational skills ·       Superb communication skills ·       Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki ·       Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics ·       A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels ·       Innovative, resilient, committed, passionate and enthusiastic!
