We’re currently on the lookout for an energetic Full-Time Shift Manger to help run the show in our Smales Farm store!

Who are you?

• An epic Shift Manager and great communicator with excellent people skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep your cool and can solve problems under pressure
• You’re a fair teammate who values team culture and a bit of fun
• You’ve got great energy, work ethic and attitude – we appreciate individuality, that’s why we let you pick your uniform look to suit you
• You’re organised, know how to set the standard, set the pace and demonstrate the correct procedures and behaviour, while making the shift fun and enjoyable
• Experience: Ideally, you’ll have 6 months experience in a similar role
• You’ll be available to work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week including weekends when needed
• Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
