Columbus Coffee Kerikeri - Coffee Connoisseur

Columbus Coffee located at Mitre 10 Kerikeri is adding to our world-class team. We are lookingfor a level headed Barista to help take our Cafe to the next level. They will need to be passionate about a good brew, customer obsessed and able to keep a pristine work environment. Barista experience is a must and we would like someone with flexibility to slot into other roles as needed.

We have a couple of opportunities - one part time and a possible full time but we would like to find someone with the drive and capacity to take on responsibility as the business grows. Our Cafe is open from 8am - 3pm so working with us leaves plenty of free time in the evenings for family or other interests. We are looking for someone that is here for the long haul and happy to grow with us.

About you:

• You strive for excellence in punctuality, reliability and resilience
• You'll be happy to be flexible - muck in whether the need arises
• Able to communicate effectively with the kitchen team and customers
• Fanatical about the delivery of excellent coffee and food with outstanding customer service
• Some Barista and kitchen experience required.
