Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics and Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery and handling of goods and equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting site staff with necessary resources. This role requires excellent organizational skills, physical fitness, and a willingness to start work early in the morning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods and equipment to site staff promptly and efficiently.
• Receive and store goods and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Inspect equipment for damage or missing items upon receipt.
• Arrange for repairs or replacement of damaged equipment.
• Maintain a tidy and organized storage area.
• Identify equipment and ensure it is correctly documented and stored.
• Prioritize workload to meet delivery schedules and site needs.
• Support site staff with any logistical requirements.
• Adhere to safety and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to identify and manage equipment effectively.
• Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
• Class 2 driver's license or willingness to acquire one with company assistance.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start work early in the morning.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or a similar role is a plus.
