Ryman Healthcare are looking for a qualified exercise professional to deliver our Triple A group exercise classes twice a week in Julia Wallace Retirement village in Palmerston North
Class day: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Class times: 9:30am Circuit class and 10:30am functional fitness class
This is a contracting role with the opportunity for additional hours from time to time. The classes are a circuit class and a pre- choreographed seated format with some standing exercises.
Experience in older adult exercise is required.
