Balfour Cleaning Company is one of the longest serving NZ owned cleaning company's, established 70 years ago in 1953 and now managed by Stu Balfour, the 3rd generation Balfour to manage the business. We provide exceptional quality cleaning services to over 200 sites and employ over 95 cleaning experts.
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our amazing team. Someone to help deliver great outcomes for both our clients and staff. Help to instil and drive our systems and processes. Be able to make strategic decisions with the support provided by the Operations Manager and our Management team. Overseeing our cleaning teams and being able to offer support, direction, training and assistance where required. Meeting with our clients and undertaking other tasks required to assist us in achieving our business objectives and helping with the growth of our business and reputation.

Key Attributes
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Be a self organised and self motivated individual
- Good communication skills
- Industry experience an advantage but not necessary
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- 40 Hours per week, however must have flexibility to work evenings and some weekends
- Applicants must Ministry of Justice check
- Must have a clean Full Drivers License
- Be an NZ resident or have a valid NZ work visa
