About the role:

We have a fulltime permanent opportunity to join our Invercargill team at a Secure Site with Gate control, Electronic Surveillance and Radio Traffic Control. Everyday can be different, with unique challenges supporting your team across the site through communication and customer service.

Your personality is all about people engagement - listening, explaining, and helping.

Who are you:

You may be a team player, engaging and supporting your crew as well as the wider business. You will have attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and an ability to talk to a wide range of personalities.

What we can offer you:

• Full Training with a supportive Team environment
• Rotating shifts – 2 days on, 2 nights on, 4 days off, with the ability to pick up additional shifts
• $26.00 per hour
• 24/7 Welfare Team support ensuring the safety of our officers on shift.
• Assistance to secure your COA license – you will need a clean MOJ Check and be 18 years or older to obtain a COA

What we need you to have:

• Full drivers licence and own vehicle
• Available to work on a rotating roster, this includes nights and weekends
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as we require daily written reports
• Full on the job training will be given for each of the sites we work at, and all training must be completed successfully.
• High quality work standard
• Demonstrates good judgment and problem solving abilities
• Have at least two work references from previous roles
