Support Workers - Complex Care

Access Community Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Team. as Support Workers. This rewarding role involves providing support and assistance to individuals in need, enabling them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

We are seeking people who have a positive and supportive environment for our clients. We have an opportunity to support a quite natured tangata with complex needs in the Rotorua and Tauranga areas .

Role Responsibilities:

• Personal care: assist with showering, dressing,
• Support rehabilitation and independence in the home
• Provide a friendly and supportive service

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a current Full or restricted NZ driver's license
• Availability to work evenings, sleepovers alternate weekends
• Genuine commitment to ongoing training and obtaining National NZQA certificates in health and wellbeing
• Must possess absolute honesty, reliability, and integrity
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand

The role offers: *Ongoing development and learning opportunities to achieve Health and Wellbeing qualifications *Pay rates from $23.38 - $29.10 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

Days and times of work available: Weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings & nights and sleep overs
