About You:
- Proven experience as a store manager, minimum of 2 years
- Highly motivated, with a dynamic attitude that thrives on challenges and welcomes change
- Previous experience in people management, with the ability to build a productive, enjoyable, and cohesive team environment
- A strong sales focus and a track record of achieving outstanding results through forging long-lasting relationships
- Passion for training and motivating staff in sales and customer service
- A strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
