Project Manager with proven experience of delivering townhouse / multi unit residential construction projects now sought to join the Christchurch team of a thriving New Zealand owned company with a strong forward workload.

in this Project Manager position, you will work on multiple residential construction projects across different stages, taking responsibility for ensuring high quality project delivery, on time and budget.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Communicating with all project Stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Managing interaction with Architects, Consultants and Subcontractors.
• Creating project schedules.
• Implementing robust project management procedures.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered to required compliance standards.
• Working closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensure financial success.
• Managing risk.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered to a high level of quality.

Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Proven experience project managing townhouse / multi-unit residential builds.
• High level communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction standards.
• Procore, Buildertrend or similar software expertise.
