?? Ability to Read Plans: Proficiency in interpreting engineering plans is essential for this role.

?? Structural Steel Experience: We require hands-on experience specifically in fabrication with structural steel. Experience with other materials like aluminum boats or windows is not applicable.

?? Able-Bodied: Physical fitness is a must as this role involves manual labor and working with heavy machinery.

? ? Welding Skills: A strong welding background is necessary, preferably with formal qualifications or previous certification. However, if your ticket has expired, we still encourage you to apply if you have the requisite skills and experience.
