Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in managing inventory levels
• Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Assist in creating visually appealing displays and maintaining store presentation standards
• Support operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff members

Skills and Attributes required:

• Previous retail experience with an understanding of retail operations
• Confident and efficient communicator
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and committed work ethic
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and style
