** Expression of Interest - Culinary Positions - Auckland Airport

We are seeking expression of interest to join our dynamic culinary team at Auckland Airport. We have multiple positions across our full culinary offering and we want you to be part of it!

We are Hiring:

• Cooks - experienced in kitchen cook operations, must have food safety certificate
• Commis Chefs - experience as a commis chef in a busy fast paced environment, must have food safety certificate and Level 3 Cookery Certificate
• Chefs - Sound knowledge of commercial cooking and high volume catering or venue/event experience, must have food safety certificate and Level 5 Cookery certificate
• Kitchen Supervisor / Sous Chefs - Sound knowledge of commercial cooking and high volume catering or venue/event experience, leads a kitchen team unsupervised, must have food safety certificate and Level 5 Cookery certificate

Requirements

• Solid background in kitchen operations
• Suitably qualified
• Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards.
• Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days and nights

Qualifications:

• Dependent on the position, you may be required to provide a Level 3 OR Level 5 Cookery Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
