Skills & Attributes required:
- Proven retail management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Hardworking, passionate work ethic
- Ability to adapt well in a fast-paced environment
- Operational mindset, with the ability to share and create ideas to drive productivity
- Understanding of sales targets and the importance of driving these
- Visual merchandising experience is a bonus
The role: You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store floor. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing a team of sales associates, maintaining visual merchandising standards, optimizing the store layout, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Management team to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand image of a leading international fashion powerhouse.
