Protection Security Systems are currently looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Servicing and maintaining security systems
• Testing and repairing circuits and sensors
• Examining systems to ensure proper functioning and to diagnose malfunctions
• Customer service and satisfaction, including demonstrations of systems
• Sales/system design and consulting on occasion
• From time to time to be responsible for other employees onsite
• Managing and reporting on projects

Our ideal candidate will need to have experience with a wide range of security systems, including alarm, access control, CCTV and Intercom systems, also great problem-solving abilities and at least 5 year's experience in the industry.

You'll also need:

• A Full driver's license with a clean driving record
• A clean criminal record
• Proficient computer skills
• A strong desire to improve knowledge
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills
• To be willing to work out of Auckland
• The ability to work at heights
• The ability to be flexible with your hours and work overtime
