About The Role: We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor for our Queenstown Lakes branch. The ideal candidate will lead a team on various projects throughout the Queenstown Lakes District and Central Otago. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays if required. Flexibility is provided for the right candidate. Our client is a civil contracting company delivering a range of services including bulk earthworks, roading, drainage, infrastructure, and site works throughout Central Otago. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills across a broad spectrum of Civil construction activities!
Wages: $32.00 - $36.00 Sector: Construction Location: Queenstown

What You Will Be Doing:
- Operating a range of machinery such as excavators, rollers, graders, and class 2 - 4 trucks
- Assisting with the new stage development of both residential and commercial projects
- Bulk earthmoving, ground and road improvements, infrastructure maintenance
- Installing three water drainage systems to code
- Digging and backfilling trenches
- Assisting trades staff on site
What We Need from You:
- Proven experience in the civil industry of 5+ years
- Ability to work on multiple sites and adapt to different project requirements.
- Current WTR endorsement
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to listen, plan, problem-solve, and make decisions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this
- Valid driver's license - class 2 and 4 beneficial
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
