Foreman Carpenter

Work alongside a locally owned and operated construction company who are going from strength to strength in the current market. Specialising in residential renovations and EQC work, you will be helping to manage multiple sites as well as jumping on the tools when various sites need a good push.

This is a great opportunity for a switched on Chippy to start making the move off the tools and save your body!

Role:

With sites scattered all over Christchurch, this position will take you through a range of character homes with century old bones.

To show these homes the respect they deserve, we're on the lookout for a Foreman who has extensive background knowledge in residential renovations, extensions and alterations. Tucked up your sleeve you'll have legendary communication and problem solving skills, and a brain wired for reading and executing plans.

If you have the experience and ability to lead a team of chippies on multiple sites, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

• Experience with EQC houses and repairs
• Inside-out knowledge of the NZ Building Code
• Ability to read, interpret and communicate plans
• Confidence in coordinating and organising sub-trades
• Leadership experience
