Job Description: As the Nationwide Sales Team Lead based in Wellington, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts from Cape Reinga to Bluff. Leading a team of sales representatives across the country, you'll inspire, mentor, and empower them to achieve their targets and make a real impact on our business. With your strategic vision and hands-on leadership, you'll be integral to growing our partner portfolio; guiding the team to ensure Delivereasy is an industry leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a nationwide team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve their targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for different regions of New Zealand, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities across the country from restaurants and retailers to local businesses and beyond.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners nationwide, representing Delivereasy with professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize our sales strategy on a national scale.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of the New Zealand market and a network of contacts nationwide is a plus.
• A genuine passion for our mission and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Hold a valid NZ driver's license (restricted or higher)
