We are excited to be looking for another Customer Experience Coordinator to support our growing Australian, New Zealand, Pacific and UAE-based customers. This permanent position offers a dynamic and engaging work environment that rewards dedication and excellence.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing customers price & availability information
- Following up open orders and deliveries
- Answering queries and resolving issues
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a passion for providing outstanding customer experience
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Have sound computer skills and ability to multi-task
- Have a vibrant and professional telephone manner
Some experience with Salesforce, JD Edwards, PowerBI or similar software is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
This role is full-time Monday to Friday. Hours of work will be on a rostered basis between 8.30am and 6.00pm.
