They are seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Manager to join their team in a newly created role to develop and roll out their company's visual merchandising strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing the National visual merchandising strategy. Your creativity and strategic planning skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a visual merchandising strategy across the retail network to elevate customer experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize store layouts, brand positioning, and promotional events
• Drive revenue growth through effective visual merchandising strategies
• Develop guidelines for visual merchandising standards to maximize seasonal stock levels
• Continuously improve strategies and visual merchandising practices based on market trends
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to company guidelines and best practices

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior Visual Merchandising role within a high-volume retail environment
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
• Experience implementing improvements across a large retail network
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong time management abilities
