Construction is ramping up in Dunedin and we have a number of exciting roles for semi-skilled workers available NOW!

• Commercial construction work - be part of building large new buildings from the ground up.
• Residential work - Assist carpenters building new townhouses.
• Joinery - learn a specialist trade retro-fitting houses with new double-glazed windows.

Looking to start an apprenticeship next year? We can help with that!

You'll need some experience on construction sites and understand:

• Site Set up & pack down
• Knowledge of a variety of building disciplines
• Battery operated & powered tool use
• H&S protocols & building terminology
• Comfortable to work safely on scaffolds, around machinery and on ladders
• Can anticipate the next steps in construction

These placements could be long term as there's plenty of work coming up!

Monday - Friday, full weeks of work.

• Full PPE/Safety gear provided for free
• Site safe paid for if required
• Ideally you will have your own tools, if not we can assist.
• Proven construction experience required. Capable with hand and power tools.
• Fit and healthy
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

You don't necessarily need a CV or Resume, but you must be able to prove your experience and have reference who can tell us where your skill level sits.
