About the Role:

Your role will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work, but also assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance works. The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades working out of our Penrose office in Auckland. Our clients include major banks, Government agencies, universities, prisons and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.

About you:

• HVAC trade qualified and registered
• Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch)

Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviours in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s license.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
